Effective Collaboration At Any Scale
​Organisations all over the world are trying new ways to increase effectiveness and organisational agility. Self-organisation, increased autonomy and effective collaborative work methods are only part of the emerging patterns.

Sociocracy 3.0 offers a rich menu of possibilities with more than 70 patterns that can be adapted to each organisation’s unique context and that builds on Sociocracy practices, non-violent communication and lean & agile methods.

It is a practical guide based on principles, flexible and freely accessible.


During this workshop participants will:
  • Discover Sociocracy 3.0: history, patterns, and how they can promote resilience, adaptability and effectiveness in organizations.
  • Explore the principles of Sociocracy 3.0 by discovering how they facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Understand the principle of consent, appreciate its effectiveness as an alternative to consensus in decision-making.

​Hugo is a collaboration catalyst: he helps individuals, teams and organisations collaborate and thrive together, creating innovative and highly effective projects and solutions.
He is a passionate Agile Coach, Facilitator, Scrum Master and Project Manager working in the IT sector for more than 20 years. Was the founder and Chief Operations Officer of a (gourmet) software development and integration company based in Lisbon, co-founder of guincho.org, member of LearnS3 and is currently a business, project and talent developer at sngular.com.

​Co-founder of SenseTribe Consulting, process facilitator, team coach and specialist in participatory methods. Mira is German/Iranian and has worked in international business for over 15 years across Europe, Latin America, Australia and China. Over the past 8 years she has helped to develop 3 international businesses, two of them with a participatory model. Mira is SCRUM Master and non-violent communication certification candidate and will share with you hands-on experience and learning points directly from the practice of applying Sociocracy 3.0 in a horizontal, multidisciplinary, ‘teal’ work environment.

Awareness Based Human Flourishing Workshop
Awareness Based Human Flourishing is an experience founded on cutting-edge awareness-based technologies created by some of the world’s greatest specialists in the fields of Mindfulness, Presencing and Heartfulness. 

The session will use Theory U as its framework, a social technology developed at MIT by Otto Scharmer. Throughout the workshop participants will have the opportunity to go through a process where they will experience different awareness-based technologies such as Mindfulness, Heartfulness, Journaling, 3D Maps and Social Presencing Theater, that all together contribute to an immersive experience where body, mind and heart are integrated and leading to deeper insights and more consequential actions

Vasco works as a Human Flourishing Facilitator, inspiring change and transformation in organizations worldwide for a more human and compassionate world. Certified in a wide range of cutting-edge awareness-based technologies and trained directly by some of the world’s greatest specialists in the fields of Mindfulness, Heartfulness, Presencing, SPT (Social Presencing Theatre), IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Giftivism, his dream is to co-create this future, something that he has been doing with individuals, teams and organizations all over the world.
​What really drives him is his love of nature and animals, being a positive activist for the protection of the planet through Human Flourishing, working closely with several global institutions to make it happen (e.g. Heartfulness Institute, Presencing Institute and Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute)

K2K is a team led by the successful Basque entrepreneur Koldo Saratxaga who have supported over 50 businesses (from small to large), in their profound transformations. ​Jabi is partner/coordinator of Trebeki since 2002. Since 2005 he collaborates with Koldo Saratxaga's team, K2K Emocionando, in implementing a New Style of Relationships (NER) in organizations. During this time he has lead the transition to self management for Ekin Coop and Lancor. Before that, Jabi has held numerous senior international roles as General Manager, Executive President, Partner and Advisor of companies such as Group Laperriere & Verreault, Rader International, Coinpasa Equipos y Sistemas, Neguri, Getxo, Española de Comercio Internacional Tradinco.

​With a Law degree from Deusto and an executive MBA from Universidad del País Vasco, Pablos's professional trajectory has always been linked to projects in which a profound transformation was needed. He has a track record of managing organisations in the private and public sector, and in the past 12 years he has been involved in over 20 organisational transformation projects with K2K Emocionando, in a vast range of businesses. Pablo has a great ability to manage and mobilise change. With very strong leadership, Pablo is very focused on people, bring about trust, motivation, participation and commitment, as well as business results, through planning, strategy, monitoring and innovation. ​Pablo speaks publicly frequently, and collaborates with UPV, Deusto and Mondragón in post-graduate programmes.

The Story
​Technology, culture, and identity are undergoing a revolution these days. As organisations are forced to adapt and evolve in this new context, the "Teal Organisation" is becoming quite popular. It is not surprising many ‘’fail’’ considering what a monumental shift needs to happen, almost simultaneously. The struggle becomes real as groups underestimate the depth of change needed and decide to ''go Teal'' without any clear strategy.

The Workshop
During the afternoon, you will get an overview to the necessary skills to expand and manage your own evolutionary process within the organisation and taste how you can navigate the unknown with pathways or proven tools, to transform your organisation into a place of creativity, passion, and purpose.

This 'starter' is the first step to prepare the individual with the awareness that this is a real possibility for individual skills and capacity in order to provide the organisation with the agency to stretch and manage its own evolutionary space. This space awakens the perception of: ‘what’s going on here, where is it leading to and why is it happening?’

This program run as a three-part training series developed upon a Person-Group-System (PGS) levels approach and we use a methodology that is constructed out of Three pillars:

  • Awareness: Individual Self vs Organisation Self (Attitude and Motivation; Responsibility: choosing, declaring and asking; Centering, Saying Yes and saying No; etc)
  • Group Dynamics & Organisational Continuum (Power, Rank and Violence; Legitimacy, Authority and Consent; Forging Trust and community in the fire of Conflict; etc)
  • The Field (Organisational Purpose; Governance Tools; Multi-stakeholder negotiations; etc.)
